Name: Kyle Nys Major: Digital Media Communications & Merchandising MGMT Year: Senior
Attire: - Headwear beanie (Neff) - Black tank top with pattern pocket (H&M) - Mint green shorts (Izod) - Alien Feather and Hamsa necklace - Copper bracelet and “crush” kandi
Style Inspiration: I am inspired by the multitude of different people I call my friends. They all have an influence as to who I am as a person and how I choose to present that to the world. Combine that with my education and experience as a fashion major and you get my style.
Inspiration: I usually start with my shoes and work my way up. I’ve been really into wearing monotone colors and trying to mix up the shades. The pink button-up was the last thing I put on. It creates a nice contrast with the complimentary color.
Name: Robb Melcher Major: Public Health Year: Senior
Attire: - Wayfarer sunglasses - Black, snapback hat - Tau Kappa Epsilon, Pledgebowl tank top
Style Inspiration: I like dressing comfortable and sporty. I’m big into sports, so I like being comfortable in case I’m ever doing anything physical. In the spring/ summer I wear whatever I can to stay cool. I guess I try and dress for what’s nice-looking yet still casual and appropriate for whatever I’m doing that day.
Style Inspiration: Snow and surf inspire my style. I have always been free with my hair: Dreads, Mohawks, Cornrows, and soon a sweet Perm-Fro. I seem to always go back to long surfer hair. I go with what I feel looks good on me and with what I have. As a broke college student, I don’t go shopping much so I find clothes that are comfortable and will be easy to rock with other articles of clothing. I have a long torso and decently broad shoulders, so athletic clothes look and move better on me than others. There is nothing better than clothes that fit. It makes the world of a difference and is the best fashion tip I have ever received.
Name: Julissa Rachor Major: Political Science Year: Senior
Attire: - Voyager double-split, tribal print Maxi skirt. semi sheer, woven and light weight. - Cropped black tank (Forever 21) - Black tribal necklace with silver and black gemstones (Forever 21)
Style Inspiration: I chose this outfit because it was very earthy. It’s texture and pattern symbolized sort of an Aztec warrior persona, which I love and notice is the current trend nowadays. It’s lightweight, so it’s easy to move around in and gives me more height and with someone who is 5’3”, that helps.

Name: Keven Saleumvong Major: Public Health Year: Junior
Attire: - Horizontal striped tank top - Ray Ban, wayfarer sunglasses - Criss-cross, tan board shorts
Style Inspiration: I’m inspired by a lot of things. I am a fan of simple v-necks. I also am a sucker for print shirts, especially prints that are very out there, like galaxy print or baroque patterns. I usually try to wear stuff accordingly to weather too, so if it’s cold I’ll typically go for a hoodie look but try to layer it up so it’s not too boring. There are times where I just wanna be casual and comfy so I’ll just throw on whatever is most comfortable at the time, whether it be jeans or basketball shorts.
Attire: - Black wool coat (Good Will) - Black loafers (Zara) - Black purse (H&M) - Black trousers (H&M)
Style Inspiration: I wanted to wear this outfit because I really like long coats, and the silhouette of a long coat with ankle-length trousers and loafers is just a classic way to look tailored and on-the-go.
Style Inspiration: I am usually wearing neutral colors that complement my brown hair, but now that the sun is coming out. I really like seeing all of the neon colors showing up all over the place. Wearing neon lately has made me feel good and hopeful that the weather will continue to stay clear and sunny.
Attire: - Navy, knit sweater - Dark-wash, denim jeans - Black combat boots - Black leather, messenger bag
Style Inspiration: When I am deciding what to where, I like to dress cute but comfortable. I wore these clothes because it fits that exact description. I thought the jeans were trendy and the combat boots give the entire outfit a nice, edgy contrast.
